Wonderful time with family!

Needs a thourough cleaning especially in cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms and closets. Bathroom floors need replacing especially in master. Sliding glass door in terrible shape! I had to clean it to get it to slide and it still fell out 1 time. It looked clean when walk in and enjoyed being with family at A Place at the Beach! All people very nice but checking in was difficult! Didn’t have us on rental list!

We enjoyed our week staying in this condo. There were a few things that keep me from giving the rental 5 stars. There was a front stove eye that didn't work. The shower for the second bathroom was not working in terms of adjusting water temperature. After I called and informed the rental agency about these problems they sent someone to fix the issues. Although the stove eye was not fixed. Other than these issues we have a great time and would return.

The actual condo was not the most updated place but it was perfectly fine. Awesome location with great entertainment for the kids. My only complaint was that it had not been cleaned when we arrived late at night. Just a random oversight I’m sure! Would definitely recommend the place!

Staff were on spot and very communicative. The unit was clean, especially the refrigerator. The sofa needs to be recovered - it had too many stains. Bedding was new. Very comfortable.
